Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1991. Graduated from the Kyoto Institute of Traditional Crafts in 2013. In 2014, he began studying under Shingo Tsukuda of Mokkōgei Tsukuda. In 2017, he returned to Shinshu and joined a furniture manufacturer. In 2022, he became independent in his hometown of Sakaki. He writes, “By engaging sincerely with wood, I strive to express the beauty that reveals itself through that dialogue.”
